The plants of Saint Hildegarde

Many of the health recipes recommended by St Hildegarde use aromatic plants, either fresh or dried, or using the sap or juice of the plants. We have selected a range of top-quality dried plants, from the plants most frequently used in our saint’s recipes, almost all of which are organically grown, and some of which are wild-collected. Our plants are kept in cardboard drums to allow them to breathe and to protect them from insects. They are stored in optimal conditions at a stabilised temperature. Powdered plants are packaged in small dispenser pots.
